Ingredients:
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Fruits and honey
Cooking method:
- In a small saucepan, add spilled buckwheat, a little water, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cover. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped fruits, milk, if desired, and a spoon of honey.
